A brief with a simple task; you have a 24 hour deadline and a budget of £10 to find a plain, seemingly unloved item. Then create a campaign to make it fun, sustainable and the must-have, new product on the block. Working with a team of photographers, videographers, designers and visual merchandisers we transformed the humble little black notebook.

Thoughtfully designed notebooks, embracing mindful offline interactions, and encouraging genuine presence to reconnect with your goals.

Project Responsibilities: Creating the brand look and feel, specifically designing the playful typography to align with brand copy. Combining a handwritten script, with a san serif font gave the brand a playful, yet personal voice. Also presenting the project to wider teams, clearly and confidently communicating the brand vision to the audience in front of me.

Anything can be made cool and modern with some out-of-the-box thinking. Taking a usually overlooked item and positioning it as the must-have product on the market allowed us design nerds to geek out over type, colour and logos to create a desirable new brand and punchy presentation.
